Liaison between the chapters and the Council. Monitors chapter progress and oversees administration of the following: Chapter Bylaw Revisions, Chapter with a Heart Award, Educational Grant, Awareness Fund, Reinstatement Rebate and Website Reimbursement Programs.

The terms of the Chair, Vice Chair and Immediate Past Chair are one year in length. The terms of the Regional Vice Presidents are two years with three terms or six years being the maximum an individual can serve.
