This webinar describes how Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac have created their version of the Home Affordable Foreclosure Alternatives Program (HAFA) which came into effect on August 1, 2010 to extend the HAFA concept to many more loans. Some of the concepts are similar to HAFA, but there are new details you NEED to be aware of now. Join Tim Burrell, CRS, as he explains these short sale changes.
