Medallion Award
The Medallion Award is one of the Council's most prestigious honors, recognizing length of membership and outstanding service to the Council.

Applicants must have 15 years of continuous Council membership, 10 years of continuous membership in a CRS Chapter, and accumulate elective points for activities such as writing articles for The Residential Specialist; serving as a committee member or chair, serving as a chapter officer, etc.

The Medallion Award is awarded annually, at the Annual Conference and Expo.

Emeritus CRS Designation Status
Emeritus CRS Designee Status recognizes length of Council membership and experience in the real estate industry.

To qualify, CRS Designees, must have reached the age of 65, been a member of the Council for twenty consecutive years OR have been a Medallion Award recipient with at least 15 years of continuous Council Membership, and hold active REALTOR® or REALTOR ASSOCIATE ® membership in a local board or state association of REALTORS®.
