Apply for the Designation

This section contains all of the information and forms needed to obtain the CRS Designation. If you have a question about any of the forms contained in this section or need additional information, please contact Member Services.

Complete Designation Application
The Complete Designation Application includes all of the forms necessary for you to obtain the CRS Designation: The Requirements for Designation, Resume of Transactions Form and the Designation Application.

Note: Non selling managers have the opportunity to earn the CRS Designation. We recognize your management experience in lieu of your personal volume and transactions.

Affidavit of Required Transactions
You may complete the Affidavit of Required Transactions form and have your broker certify that you have met the transactions requirement.

Resume of Transactions Form
You may complete the Resume of Transactions Form to verify your production. If you can produce a computer printout of your transactions, simply sign this form and attach it to your computer printout.

Individuals from outside of the United States, its insular possessions and the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico wishing join the Council and/or apply for the designation should submit this application.
